Sabokhat Safiulloevna Khabibova is the scientific secretary, PhD in Economics and Associate Professor.

Since 1995, she has been working in the field of science and higher education. Her main scientific and research interests cover a wide range of current issues in modern economics, including the sustainable development of entrepreneurial activity in the national economy, the transformation of domestic and retail trade under market reforms, as well as strategic areas of the green economy related to environmentally safe growth, resource conservation, and the implementation of innovative approaches in economic activity.

Under her scientific supervision, more than a dozen Master’s theses and over one hundred Bachelors’s graduation theses in the field of “Economics and Enterprise Management” have been successfully prepared and defended, demonstrating the high effectiveness of her pedagogical and research-methodological work. Sabokhat Khabibova is the author of three monographs, two textbooks on the subjects “Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship” and “Business Planning”, and over 50 scientific articles dedicated to the development of the domestic market, improvement of retail trade, sustainable development of entrepreneurship, and the key priorities of the green economy in the Republic of Tajikistan.

For her outstanding contribution to science, Sabokhat Khabibova was awarded the honorary title “Excellence in Education” by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan in 2010.
