Madina Turdiyevna Azimova is the Head of the Department of green employment development and environmental education of the Research Institute of sustainable development and green economy at the International University of tourism and entrepreneurship of Tajikistan, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor.

Since 2010, she has been actively engaged in scientific research and has worked in the field of higher education. Her primary areas of research focus on labor market analysis and employment based on the principles of the green economy, particularly exploring the balance between the market for educational services and the labor market. Madina Turdiyevna is also involved in developing theoretical and practical recommendations for integrating the concepts of green employment and environmental education into educational and scientific programs at both national and international levels.

She is the author of several scientific works, including a monograph and numerous articles dedicated to pressing issues of green economy, the development of environmentally friendly employment, and the promotion of environmental awareness.

As Head of the Department, Madina Turdiyevna leads and coordinates the institute’s key strategic areas, contributing to the development of environmentally sustainable sectors and the implementation of practices aimed at improving the quality of life through the creation of green jobs and increasing public awareness of environmental education issues.

Jurakhonzoda Saodat is a Leading Research Scientist at the Department of Green Employment Development and Environmental Education at the Scientific Research Institute for Sustainable Development and Green Economy at the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan, PhD in Economics.

Since 2000, he has been working in the field of science and higher education. During her career, she gained extensive experience at various scientific and administrative levels, and made a significant contribution to the development of scientific research in the country. From 2020 to the present, he holds the position of Deputy Director of the Center for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.

As part of his activities, he analyzes topical issues of the country’s domestic and foreign policy, as well as coordinates scientific and analytical work. He is the author of a number of scientific papers, including monographs and articles on topical issues of the green economy, the development of environmental employment and the promotion of environmental education.

As a Leading Research Scientist, Jurakhonzoda Saodat manages and coordinates the Institute’s priority areas of activity, and actively participates in the development of policies and practical measures aimed at developing environmentally sustainable industries. Her activities are primarily aimed at analyzing and contributing to improving the quality of life of the population through the creation of “green” jobs, the development of environmental education and raising public awareness of environmental issues.
