Lola Alieva – Head of the Department of Environmental Protection and Natural Resource Management at the Research Institute of Sustainable Development and Green Economy at the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan, Candidate of Technical Sciences.
Aliyeva Lola Zukhurbekovna was born in 1995. In 2017, she graduated with honors from the Faculty of Natural Sciences at the Russian-Tajik University (Slavic) with a degree in Chemistry. In the same year, she entered the Master’s program at the State Scientific Institution “V.I. Nikitin Institute of Chemistry” of the Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, specializing in “Physical Chemistry,” and graduated with honors in 2019. Since 2019, she has been a Ph.D. student at the V.I. Nikitin Institute of Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, and on January 5, 2023, she successfully defended her Ph.D. thesis.
Since 2017, she has been working in the field of science and higher education, which has allowed her to gain extensive and valuable experience in the development and implementation of chemical-technical, economic, and environmental programs. She is particularly interested in the issues of sustainable development and innovation, which are two important aspects of sustainable and innovative development.
Lola Aliyeva is the author of 43 published scientific articles, including 15 articles in journals recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and 24 articles in international and national conference proceedings. She has also received 4 utility patents from the Republic of Tajikistan.

Hamid Majidov is a chief researcher at the Department of Environmental Research and Natural Resources Management at the Research Institute for Sustainable Development and Green Economy at the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan.
Throughout his professional career, he has conscientiously and fully fulfilled his duties.
Career stages:
1966–1967: Senior laboratory assistant at the Department of General Physics at the Tajik State University named after S. Aini.
1967–1993: Worked as an assistant, senior lecturer, acting associate professor and head of the General Physics Department at the Tajik State Pedagogical University named after S. Aini.
1993–2022: Head of Department, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Vice-Rector for Science, Dean of the Faculty of Trade and Customs, Head of the Academic Department at the Tajik State University of Commerce.
2022–2025: Professor, Department of Economic Geography and Ecology, International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan.
Since November 2024: Hamid Majidov is a chief researcher at the Department of Environmental Research and Natural Resources Management at the Research Institute for Sustainable Development and Green Economy at the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan.
Academic achievements:
Khamid Majidov is an academician of: Russian Academy of Pedagogical and Social Sciences, International Academy of Higher Education, International Engineering Academy of Tajikistan.
Under the supervision of Professor Hamid Majid, 25 candidates of sciences have been prepared. Professor Hamid Majidov always carries out his duties with high responsibility, contributing to the development of science and creativity.

Ramazon Izatullozoda is a research fellow at the Department of Environmental Research and Natural Resources Management at the Research Institute for Sustainable Development and Green Economy at the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan.
He began his career in education, research, and higher professional education in 2021. The main areas of his scientific and research activities focus on pressing environmental issues, solid waste management, and waste recycling.
During his teaching and scientific career, he has published over 41 scientific and educational-methodological works, including: 1 textbook, 1 teaching aid, 38 scientific and popular science articles (9 of which were published in peer-reviewed journals), and his first patent for an invention.

Nasrulloev Farhod, PhD, Associate Professor — Senior Research Fellow of the Department of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources Management at the Scientific Research Institute of Sustainable Development and Green Economy at the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan.
Nasrulloev Farhod was born in 1993. In 2014, he graduated with honors from the Tajik Technical University named after academician M. S. Osimi with a degree in “Industrial Heat Power Engineering.” In the same year, he entered the Master’s program of the same university, majoring in “Electric Power Plants,” and successfully completed it in 2016. In 2016, he was admitted to the PhD doctoral program at the Tajik Technical University named after academician M. S. Osimi, and in 2020 he successfully defended his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the specialty 6D073100 – “Life Safety and Environmental Protection.”
During his scientific career, he has published more than 52 scientific and educational-methodological works, including 42 scientific articles (22 of which were published in journals recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Russian Federation, and 20 papers presented at national and international conferences). In addition, he is the author of 6 utility patents of the Republic of Tajikistan for inventions, 4 implementation acts in production, 1 scientific monograph, and 3 educational manuals.
