Mission and Strategic Vision

The Department of sustainable development of the service sector was established to provide scientific justification, develop strategies, and implement innovative approaches for the sustainable growth of the service sector in the Republic of Tajikistan. We aim to create an intellectual and expert platform where science, business, and government policy unite to foster sustainable service models based on environmental and social responsibility.

This department serves as a center for scientific and applied research focused on adapting and implementing advanced practices in the service sector, including retail, hospitality, transport, logistics, and digital services.

Key areas of activity:

conducting fundamental and applied research on sustainable service economy development;
developing strategies and recommendations for businesses and government bodies to integrate green standards and technologies;
monitoring and analyzing global trends in sustainable service sector development;
preparing and managing national and international projects focused on environmentally safe and energy-efficient solutions;
organizing scientific events: conferences, forums, round tables, and training on green economy and sustainable services;
engaging with the business community to promote corporate social responsibility and ESG principles (environmental, social, and corporate governance) ;
incorporating sustainability principles into educational programs and enhancing professional qualifications in the service sector;
