Muhammadfaridi Jamshed is the Head of the human resources and legal support Department at the Research Institute for sustainable development and green economy at the International University of tourism and entrepreneurship of Tajikistan.

Throughout his professional career, he has held responsible positions in educational institutions across the republic, accumulating substantial experience in personnel management, legal support, and document management.

Professional experience:

• 2020–2021: Lawyer at the State Educational Institution “Engineering and Pedagogical College of Dushanbe.”
• 09.2021–22.12.2021: Head of the Personnel, Special Works, and Archive Department at the same institution.
• 2024–2025: Head of the Personnel, Special Works, and Archive Department at the State Institution “Mining College named after S. Yusupova” under the Mining and Metallurgical Institute of Tajikistan.
• From 23.01.2025 to present: Head of the Human Resources and Legal Support Department at the Research Institute for Sustainable Development and Green Economy.

In his professional activities, Muhammadfaridi Jamshed significantly contributes to the development of the human resource management system, the establishment and reinforcement of a favorable legal environment, and ensures strict compliance with the current legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan in the fields of science, education, and public administration. Actively working in this direction, he initiates proposals and implements effective measures to enhance employee professionalism and institutional development.

Sangova Mijgona Amrokhonovna is the Leading Specialist of the Department of Human Resources and Legal Support at the Research Institute for Sustainable Development and Green Economy of the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan.

Throughout her professional career, she has held responsible positions in various educational institutions of the Republic.

Stages of Professional Activity:

1. 2023-2024 – Leading Specialist of the Department of Education Quality Management at the State Institution “S. Yusupova Mining College” under the Tajik Mining and Metallurgical Institute;
2. 2024-2025 – Deputy Head of the Department of Primary Vocational Education for Academic Affairs at the State Institution “S. Yusupova Mining College” under the Tajik Mining and Metallurgical Institute;
3. From September 1, 2025 to the present – Leading Specialist of the Department of Human Resources and Legal Support at the Research Institute for Sustainable Development and Green Economy.

Within her professional activities, Sangova Mijgona Amrokhonovna makes a significant contribution to the development of the human resources management system, the formation and strengthening of a favorable working environment, as well as the organization and maintenance of employees’ personal files. She actively participates in proposing initiatives and implementing effective measures aimed at improving the professional level of employees and contributing to the overall development of the Institute.
