HUMAN RESOURCES AND LEGAL SUPPORT DEPARTMENT

The Human Resources and Legal Support Department is one of the central and most important structural units of the State Institution “Research Institute for Sustainable Development and Green Economy.”

The department operates in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, current legal and regulatory acts, the Charter of the institution, internal regulatory documents, and its approved Regulations.

As a key pillar of the institute’s human resources and legal system, the department plays an essential role in all stages of institutional management. Through its effective work, modern mechanisms for human resource management, the rule of law, labor discipline, and consistent implementation of legal norms are ensured.

In addition, the department actively contributes to the formation of a professional and law-abiding environment, strengthening legal culture among employees, and enhancing organizational responsibility, all of which provide a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the institute.

Goals and main functions of the department:

The department operates on the basis of its approved Regulations and performs a wide range of organizational and legal functions, including:

  • recruitment, transfer, and dismissal of employees;
  • collection, organization, and storage of personal employee documents;
  • preparation and maintenance of individual personnel files;
  • entry of information into records and safekeeping of labor books;
  • preparation and formalization of orders, submissions, and other documents related to personnel matters;
  • providing legal opinions and recommendations on labor and legal relations within the institution;
  • maintaining the archive of orders and important personnel documents.
